What is your delivery policy?
Lady Luck Rules OK does not make a profit on Postage and Packaging - we charge you what it costs us to box up and post your order by your chosen delivery method. We only send by Royal Mail’s registered services which enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been despatched. You can contact us after you've placed your order if you wish to know the tracking number which you can use at least 24 hours after placing your order to trace the parcel on www.royalmail.com.
Personalised Jewellery
Personalised jewellery is made to order and will take up to 10 working days for delivery from the date you place the order. ‘Working’ days do not include Saturdays or Sundays as our studio is closed at the weekends. You will receive a despatch e-mail on the day the order has been posted. Please allow plenty of time if ordering for a special occasion. We cannot cancel, refund or exchange personalised orders so please choose carefully.
If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery as your delivery option the order will NOT be with you the next day. The personalised jewellery will still take up to 10 working days for production and then the order will be sent by Special Delivery so you receive it the day after you receive our despatch e-mail.

During the checkout process you may select one of the following two delivery methods:
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - cost subject to weight
If you select this option, your parcel should be with you 1-2 working days after your order has been despatched and if it has not arrived after 4 working days, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you. At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 6 working days after your order is updated to “Despatched” before contacting us.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - cost subject to weight
If you select this option, and place your order before 1pm on weekdays it will be despatched the same day and arrive the next. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following morning and arrive the day after that. If it has not arrived on the day that it is due, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you. Please note that Special Delivery is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery, for example, if you ordered on Friday you are not guaranteed to get your parcel delivered on Saturday although it is still likely.
Please note if you are ordering a personalised product and you select Special delivery as your delivery option the order will NOT be with you the next day. If you have ordered from abroad and you have been waiting more than 14 working days for your order, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
The postage and packing charge varies depending on the weight of your order AND the size of the parcel as per Royal Mail's new "sizing" policy. This charge is calculated automatically as you add or remove item(s) from your shopping basket and you can view the amount on the “cart contents” page under "my shipping costs". Just log into your account and choose a delivery option then the shipping calculator will automatically work out your shipping charge. If you haven’t opened an account with us yet you can still view the shipping charge by entering your address.
What happens if my order is delivered when I’m not at home?
The carrier we use will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
Can you leave the delivery in an agreed hiding place or with a neighbour?
Unfortunately we cannot as all orders require a signature upon receipt at the specified delivery address.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
Can I pick up my order from your studio Superette?
Yes! Simply select “collect from Studio” at checkout and save on shipping! You will be e-mailed to
confirm when the order is ready to pick up – please do not come along before you receive this e-mail. Our address is Superette, 66a Sclater street, Off Brick Lane, London, E1 6HR. We are in the middle of three tube stations - Liverpool Street Station (central, circle, metropolitan and district lines), Aldgate East (District line) and Old Street (Northern Line). If you haven’t visited us before we strongly recommend you print out a Google map. You can collect anytime from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm . Click here for a map. Have your order number ready when you stop by. If we do not hear from you within 14 days your order will be cancelled and your credit card refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.
