This was the first ever time I saw Michael Jackson on TV - I was completely mesmerised. The silver glitter socks! The sequined jacket! The moves! WOW! I went on to learn many a dance routine to the sounds of the Thriller album. Have I not mentioned I was a disco dancing champion? It was the 80s, I had crimped hair.
However Rockin' Robin has to be my all time fave Jackson track. Sooooooo cute! R.I.P MJ. Thanks for the totally rockin' memories!

My first memories of Michael Jackson were singing and dancing around my living room to black or white, as a little girl of mixed race that meant so much to me, and still does.
No matter what people say about him, and despite the controversy, Michael Jackson was an amazing writer, poet, musician dancer and entertainer.
I will mourn his loss.
