Why not live life on the nautical high seas for one last time in 2006. We have an array of brightly coloured plastic fantastic pendants to choose from. For fruity la las we have giant strawberries, for sailorettes we have giant anchors, sailboats and ships wheels. Minnie Mouse ears are optional!

If like me, you're still mourning the loss of ultra hip teen-zine Elle Girl, here's some exciting in-the-know news - super hot stylist Henry Holland is now the deputy fashion editor of Bliss. He's made a huge impact on the content and we're now seeing more fashion forward styling and fun accessorizing ideas with a huge nod to his love of all things neon and nu rave. In this month's issue they have honoured us in their cyber space awards as "best jewellery" website and suggested our Kawaii Kids are an ace stocking filler.
I was relaxing in bed last Sunday with a cup of tea and my laptop when eagle eyed Lady Luck Blog reader Caterina messaged me about the Sunday Times Style magazine featuring the Super Super article that featured our Twiggy Stardust and Batman sunglasses! I've never got out of bed so fast! Click here to read the whole story and click here to scoop up a pair of Smileys neon stud earrings.
If all that wasn't enough our wild electric blue Tiger Beat necklace is on the front cover of Cosmo Girl this month and touted as THE party necklace along with the gold sequin Primark dress as seen on Peaches Geldof. Turn the page and the Fashion Editor's Fave for accessories under £20 are our crystal cool Suzy Snowflake earrings. Double whammy!
We've been adding new goodies to the site all week and will continue to do so throughout November, from snazzy party girl jewels to snuggly winter warmer accessories. Check out the newest arrivals: leopard spot tights in festive colourways - Prowling Pins; vintage bow gloves - Jazz Hands and super sneaker laces with fun prints - Racy Laces.
The winter chill is slowly creeping up on us and I really don't want to get out from under the duvet every morning! So in our quest to keep cute'n'cosy (after getting out of bed) we created a collection of Winter Warmers - an ace selection of snuggly accessories to see us through the cold cold nights...
Check out our Electric Ear Muffs in cherry red, hot pink, jet black and purple (as seen on Miss Penni Pants above); and our Misty Ear Muffs in bunny girl pink, snowball white, lovely lilac and oh baby blue (as seen on Twiggy above) plus a wild pair of dark leopard print. Grrr. All styles will ensure your ears are nice'n'toasty when queuing to get into a club and then when you've made it inside you can twist them around so they turn into a little ball that you can just pop into your bag. Sweet. If you're on the lookout for the perfect piece of Winter Wonderland statement jewellery then check out our jumbo snowflake earrings and necklaces - as seen in December's issue of Cosmo Girl!
A pair of great gloves are also a must this time of year and we have a wide choice of fun styles! Choose from 8 different colourways in our stripy hobo variety from citrus shades to hot to trot brights and also skull print versions. If you're more of a vintage darling then check out It's Bow Vintage which are original 1970s knitted gloves with girly ruffle edge and contrasting bow detail. PLUS Mister Mittens really wants to meet you and claims he will keep your hands dead cosy whilst amusing random strangers in the street. Jackpot!
Now if you still wanna wear those mini shorts or micro skirts this time of year then layering hoisery is a hot street look making its way around London town right now. Our Hot Legs collection has a super super selection of styles and prints to keep your disco dancing pins looking jazzy and feelin cosy! Layer our thin stripy socks Pippi Longstocking over a pair of vintage Heart to Heart tights and wear with a mini tartan pencil dress !!WOWOW!! Layer our stripy Flashdance legwarmers over a pair of neon Glowstick Legs and wear with mini dungaree dress !!YEAHYEAH!! Layer our sparkly Disco Socks over a pair of Studio 54 footless tights for a double hit of glitz....the possibilities are endless. Don't loose your twinkle this Christmas - load up on leopard print, neon and sparkle, Lady Luck Rules OK style!
Thank you for all your votes! It was a fiercly fought contest and just when we thought Bam Bam was reaching for the finish line in first place there were a flurry of votes for Ursula and she pipped Bam Bam to the post. We know a lot of you couldn't make up your minds and voted for both (ha ha) and lots of you also purchsed both too. I think the result shows we all have a very special place in our hearts for Ursula but in time I think Bam Bam will become a treasured cutie too.
And this is Pedro from Spain - he was the inspiration for our most popular jelly ring Dobbin the Show Pony. Can you see his little tongue poking out...I think someone is snaffling tasty sugar cubes. Mmmm. It's also good news for lovers of Pretty the Flamingo as we have the candy pink colour back in stock.
Bambis and Unicorns are two of our most favourite things here at Lady Luck Rules OK and from today they go head to head in a Clash of the Cuties!
In the pink corner we're delighted to announce the return of Ursula the Unicorn! Ursula leads a fairytale fashion lifestyle having travelled the world gracing the covers of fancy magazines. From Cosmo Girl in Germany and the UK to Australian magazines: Yen and New Woman; from New York's Womens Wear Daily and back to the UK's Bliss and Disorder. What a superstar! Ursula's loyal supporters include club kid Hannah (top left hanging out in Superette); IT girl Daisy Lowe (check out our press page) and Myspace Model Sapphire (top right).
In the yellow corner is newcomer and challenger - Bam Bam the Bambi! Bam Bam is a rootin' tootin' bad boy fawn and she's riding into town to steal Ursula's cutie pie crown. With her pretty freckles, button nose, sparkling eyes'n'ears and super long eyelashes she's sure gonna score an army of adoring fans! So far they include Mollie and Amber from Poppy and the Jezebels.
